At Kawartha Lakes Construction, the majority of our work comes from repeat or referral business. This is good news, since it means that our high quality craftsmanship and building practices bring a high level of satisfaction to customers.
To ensure a renovation or building project continues to meet standards, we communicate with clients several months after work is complete via a follow-up survey questionnaire.
Our standard warranty is bumper to bumper in the first two years, and follows the same warranty guidelines as the Tarion New Home Warranty.
As new home and all-season cottage builders as well as renovators, we find that our warranty service exceeds that offered through Tarion, but that their warranty Performance guidelines provide a good basis from which to start.
