If You Can't Go Out Go Up
By framing extensions to the exterior walls, we were able to add a second story without displacing the owners or affecting their daily use of space below until the stairwell was finally cut in, connecting the finished second story addition to the main floor. The open web floor trusses allow us to span considerable distances and utilize the hollow floor space to run wiring, heating and plumbing components without needing access to the main level.
