Modern Makeover
This project was a rather aggressive makeover, essentially removing the entire roof. We built a frame roof and reconstructed second story walls where the old rooflines used to fall on the second story floor. This gained several hundred square feet that used to be behind knee walls. All spaces were essentially brand new when we finished, making this three season cottage a very comfortable and roomy four season home.
