About Scott
I’ve always enjoyed building things, joined Home Builders Association in 1996 to further professional understanding of the science of home building. I became R2000 certified in 1999/2000. Repurposing old buildings has always been one of my hobbies, thoroughly enjoy renovating making old new again.
How I Work
We at KLC have always kept careful record of the costs of construction and I take considerable pride in helping people design solutions that not only function well and look good but are designed within budget parameters that are realistic so that clients get what they hoped for within budget without surprises.
Outside the Build
Scott is an avid fisherman, outdoor enthusiast and skier in the winter months
